1 c. cranberries, finely chopped
1/4 c. honey

1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
-Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooking crockpot.
-Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover. Cook on low
for 8 to 10
hours. or on High for 4-5 .Makes 6 to 8 servings
